Are you licensed?

Yes. We have a General Contracting license with the City of Springfield.

Are you insured and bonded?

Why is it important to hire a licensed and insured contractor?

What are the benefits to hiring a General Contractor?

Although it may seem unnecessary, hiring a General Contractor can save you a significant amount of time, money and energy on your project. By working with one person as opposed to several individuals, your project can often be completed much more quickly and without costly delays.

Do you subcontract all of your work?

No. At any given time, we have between 4 and 10 full time employees. Your roofing, carpentry, flooring, and finish work will always be done by one of my direct employees.
